Performance effectiveness factors are segmented into leadership practices, organizational behaviors and cultural attributes, which broadly speaking can be grouped into three clusters:

Constructive styles. Those in which we motivate others to obtain business results based on adaptability, effectiveness, accountability, people development, promotion of transversal and team work, among others.

Aggressive / defensive styles. Those in which we drive people to focus on their own needs at the expense of the group and even the organization, leading to high levels of stress, rotation and inconsistency in results.

Passive / defensive styles. Those in which we drive people to subordinate themselves to the organization, repressing creativity and initiative, and leading the organization to increasing levels of stagnation and underperformance.
